For the first time in its 900-year history, girls have officially become full choristers at St Paul's Cathedral in London. Choristers Lila, 11, and Lois, 10, participated in the final preparations for Sunday's Choral Evensong service. The move means the girl choristers will become permanent members of the cathedral choir, playing an equal part in singing services and events of national importance.
