61-year-old Randy S. Brown is accused of delivering fentanyl and meth to a 67-year-old retired Spokane firefighter who overdosed and died on the drugs. Brown was arrested on suspicion of controlled substance homicide and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The charges stem from the discovery of a dead man, identified as David Batty, at a residence on Ruby Road on October 14th.
