56-year-old Gerald Don Miller was arrested for allegedly impersonating a Child Protective Services (CPS) worker in Lamar and Sulphur Springs. Miller was charged with impersonating a public servant and evidence linking him to a similar incident in Sulphur Springs was found in his vehicle. The Lamar County Sheriff's Office encourages the public to report any contact with the suspect claiming to be with CPS.
