3-year-old boy killed, mother and sister injured after being hit by truck at a marked crosswalk in Edmonton. The family was walking east across Allard Road in the marked crosswalk when the truck, traveling north, stopped briefly at a three-way stop before turning left and running over the boy and hitting his mother and sister. Police say speed and alcohol are not believed to be factors.
