16-year-old boy driving a water tanker collided with a scooter in Pune's Kondhwa area, injuring two women (Geeta Santosh Dhume and Soni Chandrasingh Rathod). The incident occurred near NIBM Kondhawa around 6:30 PM on Saturday. The minor was detained by locals and handed to the police, who arrested the tanker owner, Mahendra Borate. The victims were admitted to Satyanand Hospital, and police are conducting further investigation.
