20-year-old Aiden Wagner was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Boone County on Friday. Wagner's 2006 Honda Civic crossed into the eastbound lane on Petersburg Road, colliding with a 2010 Dodge Caravan driven by 49-year-old Justin Mayfield. Mayfield sustained minor injuries and refused further medical treatment. Petersburg Road was closed for about four hours as the Boone County Sheriff's Office investigated the fatal crash.
