Xander Bogaerts, former Boston Red Sox player and now a San Diego Padre, returned to Fenway Park for the first time since signing a $280 million contract with the Padres in 2022. However, Bogaerts remains on the injured list with a fractured shoulder and cannot participate in the games. Despite not playing, he expressed his gratitude to the Red Sox and their staff for their support during his time with the team.
