A woman in dark clothing was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a tractor-trailer on Interstate 71 in Columbia Township, Hamilton County, around 2:20 a.m. She was walking in the highway lanes with no lights in the area. No broken-down cars were found and her entry point to the interstate remains unknown. The highway was closed for four hours before reopening.
