San Jose's new CaliBunga Waterpark, formerly Raging Waters, delays its opening from Saturday to Thursday, July 4, due to electrical issues affecting some attractions. General Manager Mel Sells apologized for the inconvenience and assured guests that crews are working to fix the impacted areas. The park, which opened in 1985, is now run by the Sacramento-based family entertainment group California Dreamin'.
