Pharmacist Gerard Cullinan, from Castlereagh Pharmacy in Belfast, was given an 11-month prison sentence suspended for three years for selling prescription drugs without a prescription between 2017 and 2020. Cullinan admitted selling Co-codamol and Fentanyl, and failing to maintain a register of drugs. The court recognized his remorse, stating his motivation was financial.
