2024 Olympic Games: Nigeria's Tobi Amusan cleared to compete by CAS despite World Athletics and WADA appeals.

Nigeria's Tobi Amusan, the women's 100m hurdles world record holder, has been cleared to compete at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. The Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) dismissed appeals by the World Athletics (WA) and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) against Amusan. The CAS panel confirmed that Amusan had committed two filing failures, but did not confirm the existence of a third missed test, which would have been the third Whereabouts Failure committed within a 12-month period.
