Somerset's LiveWest plans to build 300 homes by 2027, following its recent £36m investment in 193 rural homes across the South West. Over the past two years, LiveWest has constructed 25, 20, and 18 homes in Congresbury, Wiveliscombe, and Glastonbury, respectively. A local family, Michelle Jaques and her four children, expressed their happiness after moving into their new four-bedroom home in Somerton. LiveWest has developed 12 social rent and four shared ownership homes in the area.
