Indian Navy's stealth frigate INS Shivalik, deployed in South China Sea and North Pacific Ocean, arrived in Pearl Harbour, Hawaii to participate in the world's largest naval exercise, RIMPAC. The 29th edition of the Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) exercise will witness participation from 29 countries, 40 surface ships, three submarines, over 150 aircraft, and 25,000 personnel. The event, hosted by the US Pacific Fleet, will focus on disaster relief, maritime security operations, and complex warfighting, running until August 1.
