Cross River State disputes its child labour rating by NBS, claiming it's inaccurate.

Cross River State denies child labour rating by NBS, calling it "spurious" and not a true reflection of the state's situation. State Commissioner for Information, Erasmus Ekpang, insists that Cross River is one of the most "child-friendly" states in Nigeria, having domesticated the Child Rights Law and working with the UN.
