Nazara Technologies' NODWIN Gaming has acquired Berlin-based esports company Freaks 4U Gaming in a deal valued at Rs 271 crore. NODWIN's existing stake in Freaks 4U Gaming has been increased to 100% through a share swap. The acquisition aims to significantly enhance NODWIN Gaming's capabilities by bringing in the expertise, experience, and network of Freaks 4U Gaming, and is expected to contribute materially to NODWIN Gaming's revenues moving forward.
