The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) established a dedicated DPR (Detailed Project Report) cell at the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in New Delhi. This cell aims to review DPRs for national highway projects, ensuring adherence to high construction standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion. The team, consisting of approximately 40 professionals, will develop uniform implementation mechanisms, study bid documents, provide cost estimates, and assist in pre-construction planning. This cell's establishment aims to improve the quality and efficiency of national highway projects throughout India.
