Vietnam's Michelin Guide 2024 highlights 7 new one-starred restaurants in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang, along with 58 Bib Gourmand and 99 Michelin Selected venues. Three new restaurants receive one Michelin Star: Akuna in HCM City, La Maison 1888 in Da Nang, and The Royal Pavilion in HCM City. The Royal Pavilion is the only restaurant promoted from the Michelin Selected category to receive one Michelin Star.
