1 July-30 Sept: Singapore's electricity and gas prices increase by 0.3% and 0.09 cents/kWh due to higher energy costs, approved by the Energy Market Authority.
From 1 July to 30 September, Singapore's gas and electricity prices will increase by 0.3% and 0.09 cents per kWh respectively due to higher energy costs. SP Group, the grid operator, will raise electricity tariffs to 29.88 cents per kWh, up from 29.79 cents, while City Energy, the piped gas producer, will increase town gas tariffs by 0.03 cents per kWh. Both increases were approved by the Energy Market Authority.
