Gold mining company Hummingbird Resources expects commercial production at its Kouroussa mine in Guinea by Q3 2023, despite facing challenges like a temporary suspension by contractor Corica Mining Services. The mine resumed operations in May and has produced 12,000 ounces of gold so far this year. Hummingbird committed to reducing debt by $123m over three years to address financial difficulties.
