Alan Kyerematen, founder of Movement for Change, promises to create 3 million jobs for youth via "Operation Own Your Business" if elected President. This includes financial support for graduates, a compulsory apprenticeship and training program, and free military, police, and security service training for those joining Ghana's Security Reserves. His Great Transformational Plan aims to provide jobs and cash for Ghanaians in an enterprise economy.
