Bar operator Nightcap plans to delist from the London Stock Exchange and re-register as a private company. The group, which owns chains such as Dirty Martini and the Cocktail Club, has warned that adjusted earnings will be below market expectations amid a "challenging" trading environment. Nightcap's board concluded that it is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders to cancel its AIM admission and re-register as a private limited company.
