50-year-old Surrey man Jasvindar Singh charged for trafficking 439 stolen catalytic converters in Project E-Pagwa.
Burnaby RCMP's Prolific Offender Suppression Team (POST) charged a Surrey man, Jasvindar Singh (50), for trafficking hundreds of stolen catalytic converters. The investigation, called Project E-Pagwa, identified Singh as a suspect allegedly purchasing stolen catalytic converters from property crime offenders across the Lower Mainland. Police seized 439 catalytic converters during the operation, most of which are believed to have been stolen and destined for shipment to the United States.
