25-year-old minibus driver, Fua Moananu, charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death and five counts of dangerous driving causing serious injury after a fatal crash in Carwarp, Victoria. The accident occurred on 25 June when the minibus rolled onto its side, killing two passengers and injuring nine others. The driver is scheduled to appear in Mildura Magistrates Court.
