The Toronto Raptors selected 19-year-old Baylor guard Ja'Kobe Walter as their 19th pick in the NBA Draft. The Texan averaged 14.5 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.4 assists as a freshman for the Baylor Bears last season. Raptors general manager Bobby Webster praised Walter for his versatility and winning mentality, and he's set to join the Raptors' young core, which includes Scottie Barnes, Immanuel Quickley, and RJ Barrett.
