41-year-old Adam Lougheed, with pending charges, has been arrested by Whitehorse RCMP for a fatal hit-and-run on the Alaska Highway that killed a cyclist. Lougheed faces charges of dangerous driving causing death, driving while prohibited, and failing to remain at the scene of the crash. He had prior incidents and was under a court-ordered Canada-wide driving prohibition at the time of the accident.
