Owned by South Korean tech giant Naver, the company is set to offer 15 million shares at $21 each in its IPO, aiming to raise $315 million. The webtoon industry, first emerging in South Korea, is projected to grow from $4.7 billion in 2021 to $60.1 billion by 2030.
