27 June, Andhra Pradesh: A fatal road accident in Palnadu district killed three, including Solasa Bala Gangadhara Sharma and his wife, when their speeding vehicle lost control and crashed into a tree. Five passengers were injured and hospitalized. In a separate incident in Kamareddy district, Telangana, a private bus-lorry collision resulted in the death of Afsar Khan and injuries to 30 others.
