They discussed security, NATO's support for Iraqi institutions in advisory, training, and intelligence coordination, and the importance of developing bilateral cooperation. The talks come after Iraq and the US agreed to form a joint Higher Military Commission to plan the withdrawal of foreign troops from Iraq.
