Harvard's American Repertory Theater (ART) commenced construction on a new $100m building, the David E. and Stacey L. Goel Center for Creativity & Performance, in Allston, MA. The 70,000-sq ft complex, designed by Haworth Tompkins, will feature two performance venues, rehearsal studios, teaching spaces, and an outdoor performance area. Expected to open in late 2026, it prioritizes sustainability and will host shows by early 2027.
