Sammy Hagar, former Van Halen frontman, is featured in a new A&E Biography special airing June 30. In a preview shared on Instagram, Hagar discusses the inspiration behind his hit song "I Can't Drive 55." He recalls being stopped for speeding in 1984 and that night, the idea for the song came to him. "I Can't Drive 55" was the lead single off Hagar's album VOA and reached the top 40 charts.
