Coronation Street star Lorna Laidlaw, known for her role as Aggie Bailey, has reportedly quit the ITV soap after more than a year of absence from screens. The actress, who last appeared in summer 2023, has reportedly joined the cast of Channel Five drama, The Good Ship Murder. Laidlaw's character, Aggie, was last seen leaving Weatherfield to look after an unwell aunt in Birmingham.
