China will reveal the weight of samples collected from the far side of the moon by the Chang'e-6 mission on Friday, according to the China National Space Administration (CNSA). The Chang'e-6 probe is the first to collect samples from the far side of the moon, providing opportunities for a more comprehensive understanding of our lunar neighbor. China's previous lunar sampling missions all collected samples from the moon's near side.
