Chicago-based tech entrepreneur Rishi Shah, co-founder of pharmaceutical advertising firm Outcome Health, receives a 7.5-year prison sentence for his role in a $1bn fraud scheme involving video advertisements in doctors' offices. Jurors convicted Shah and two other former executives last year on multiple fraud charges. Despite the prosecution seeking a 15-year sentence, Shah will serve a more lenient 7.5 years, with three years of supervised release following his release from prison.
