Boeing penalized by NTSB for disclosing confidential details of Alaska Airlines 737 MAX 9 investigation.

The NTSB has penalized Boeing for disclosing confidential details of the ongoing Alaska Airlines 737 MAX 9 mid-air emergency investigation. Accused of violating NTSB's investigative regulations, Boeing will lose access to investigative information & can't ask questions at a hearing. The company's conduct will be referred to the Justice Department.
