Azerbaijani MP Malahat Ibrahimgizi addressed the third Supplementary Human Dimension Meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna on June 24-25. Focused on "Tolerance, non-discrimination, and gender equality," Ibrahimgizi spoke on behalf of the Western Azerbaijani Community, discussing the expulsion of Azerbaijanis from Armenia as an act of ethnic cleansing and intolerance. She emphasized the Community's mission to promote basic human rights, including the right of return for Western Azerbaijanis.
