A 30-year-old woman was killed in Port Kells, Surrey on June 16, and charges against the suspect have still not been laid more than a week later. The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team confirmed that a suspect was found at the scene and taken into custody. Tori Dunn, 30, died from her injuries after a reported home invasion and stabbing.
