36-year-old Reena Negi and her two nieces, aged 7 and 10, were killed in Tehri Garhwal district, Uttarakhand, after being hit by a car driven by an Additional Block Development Officer (BDO) under the influence of alcohol. The victims were on an evening stroll near the municipal council office when the accident occurred. The accused, Devi Prasad Chamoli, was arrested following the incident.
