27-year-old New Jersey mother, Naomi Elkins, has been arrested and charged with murder, weapon possession, and other offenses in the deaths of her two children, aged 1 and 3, who were found dead in their Lakewood home on June 25. Authorities believe both children were drowned, and the 1-year-old was stabbed. Elkins is being held at the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.
