World Bank approves $45m for Liberia's renewable energy project, RESPITE, financing a 20-MW solar PV project and expanding Mount Coffee hydropower plant's capacity from 88 MW to 129 MW. This brings Liberia closer to their renewable energy goals, with a total project budget of $96m.
