89% of the US's largest cancer centers reported shortages for at least one type of systemic therapy, with 75% experiencing two or more drug shortages. Carboplatin and cisplatin shortages fell to 11% and 7% respectively, but new concerns have emerged. According to the National Comprehensive Cancer Network®, drug shortages continue to impact cancer drug availability for treatment, side effects, and symptoms.
