Steinhoff ex-CFO Andries "Ben" La Grange and former head of legal Stephan Grobler appeared in court, charged with fraud, racketeering, and corruption in connection with the Steinhoff scandal, which led to a significant financial loss in 2017. La Grange was granted R150,000 bail, with strict conditions. Both face further hearings in the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court.
