4 South Korean car manufacturers, including Hyundai Motor, are voluntarily recalling approximately 457,000 vehicles due to manufacturing defects. Reasons for recall include design flaws in Hyundai's engine starter motor and poor durability in Kia's Sportage's hydraulic electronic control unit. Volkswagen Group Korea and Tesla Korea will also address software errors and seatbelt warning system defects.
