26 faculty members and students from Senegal's National Defence Institute visit Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) headquarters. Led by Deputy Director of National Defence Institute, Navy Captain Baye Meissa KHOULE, the delegation aims to learn from RDF's operations and transformation journey. They also paid tribute to 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi victims at the Kigali Genocide Memorial.
