Twin Cities, including Minneapolis and St. Paul, rank among the top 10 best places to bike in the US in PeopleForBikes' 2024 City Ratings. Minneapolis holds the top spot with a score of 71, while St. Paul follows at 4th place with a score of 61. The rankings are determined by PeopleForBikes' Bicycle Network Analysis (BNA), evaluating six factors: safe speeds, protected bike lanes, reallocated space for biking and walking, intersection treatments, network connections, and trusted data.
