Nigerian High Court dismisses $50m lawsuit against Abuja hospitals & FCT minister over wife's death. Lawyer Ejumejowo Anthony filed the N20bn lawsuit against Garki Hospital, NISA Premier Hospital, and the FCT Minister, accusing them of negligence that led to his wife's death 21 days after childbirth. However, Justice Edward Okpe dismissed the suit, stating the claimants failed to provide sufficient evidence and the case lacked merit and substance.
