On Monday night in Pittsburgh's Lincoln-Lemington-Belmar neighborhood, a man was shot in the left leg. Police responded to an 11-round ShotSpotter alert at the intersection of Lemington Avenue and Oberlin Street. Officers found the victim on a nearby porch, applied a tourniquet, and took him to a local hospital in stable condition.
