A man in Bemidji has been convicted of third-degree murder and selling/distributing a controlled substance after a woman died from a fentanyl overdose. The Beltrami County Attorney's Office announced the conviction of Jeffrey Needham, who initially claimed he had no idea where the woman would have gotten drugs. Needham will serve 78 months in prison.
