A man has been arrested in connection with the Westminster "honeytrap" scandal, in which MPs and other political figures received unsolicited, flirtatious WhatsApp messages. Police in London arrested the suspect, who is accused of harassment and offences under the Online Safety Act. The investigation began in April after it was suggested that at least 12 men with links to Westminster had received unsolicited messages in a sexting scam.
