Speaking at a seminar, Chauhan highlighted the evolving nature of conventional warfare and the rising prominence of nuclear threats in the global geopolitical landscape. He emphasized the need for deeper thought, new doctrines, and strengthening nuclear C4I2SR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Information, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) infrastructure.
