A gas leak in Fountain, Colorado on North Santa Fe Avenue led to the evacuation of two businesses and a shelter-in-place order for Fountain Middle School on Tuesday. The leak was discovered by Black Hills Energy during their work in the area, causing road closures and precautionary measures. The leak was stopped shortly after 1pm, and evacuations were lifted.
